Do I need to enroll?
Yes.
You need to enroll first for Virtual Classroom for the authorized access.
You must sign up first as student. Then admin will accept your registration if you
are an authrized user for using the system.Please go through our registration form
of signing up for our system.

How long have I got to complete the course?
You have 90 days to complete the course from the purchase date.
What hardware and/or software do I need?
Minimum Computer Hardware/Sound Requirements
A standard multimedia Internet-ready computer is required. This means your computer
needs to have speakers and a sound card. Before purchasing a course, you should
try listening to the free Demonstration Seminar to verify the readiness of your
system. If you have any doubts or questions.

Internet Connection
Your PC or Mac needs to be connected to the Internet, either through a dial-up modem
or a direct connection via a LAN or Broadband ISP connection. The minimum recommended
modem connection is 56 Kbps.

Before you purchase a course, visit the free demonstration seminar and see if you
have a satisfactory experience. If not, then try to revisit this seminar at another
time, when your connection may work better, or try to visit this site from somewhere
that you know has a higher speed ISP service, and see if the experience is acceptable.
When are the courses available and what are your support hours?
eClassroom.com.au courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There is a scheduled maintenance window between 1000 and 1400 on Sunday, when services
may not be available, if work is being performed.

How are my CE/CPS credit units logged?
The email you receive detailing your course purchase, Tax Invoice and Course access,
also contains details for your records of the course ID, course title and the number
of CE/CPD credit units you receive when the course is completed. Once you have completed
the course and satisfactorily answered the questionnaire,you will have the opportunity
to print a Certificate of Completion which should be retained to substantiate your
logbook records.

How can I receive updates on new courses?
You will be informed by admin the latest updates of Virtual classroom or you can
also get the current updates on the homepage section called BULLETIN BOARD.
What are the Tutorials?
In tutorials you can check your mind or knowlege by yourself. It is similar to the
tests, but in tutorials, you can check your answer immediately after selecting your
choice.It will help you to know the right answers if your one is wrong.
Can I Download the lectures?
Yes you can Download the lectures.
Can Student Upload the Forms & Study Materials?
Yes you can. If student want to upload the Forms & Study Material he should
just send message to Admin with the attachment of corresponding material. The Admin
will Verify it and he will upload it so that it can be sharable by all the users.
